I’m a creative thinker with a track record for creating engaging and versatile content. From casual social media posts to meticulously researched presentations, I have the experience and flexibility to produce a variety of text for a variety of purposes. I am great with deadlines – rarely early, but never late.

I am currently the Marketing Coordinator for The Schiele Museum of Natural History in Gastonia, North Carolina, producing social media posts, pamphlets, promotional flyers, website copy, charitable giving solicitations, and executive communications. Before joining the museum staff, I worked as a content writer at a large library district. Before I discovered a passion for marketing, I spent over 10 years as a classroom teacher, developing policies, procedures, strategies, and action plans for students and families.

When I am not writing, I enjoy reading and eating junk food (sometimes at the same time).
